Shipping charges
Delivery charges is $15 when buying for less than $60
Local Delivery
We are located in Thornbury, and we'll gladly bring out your purchase for no charge if you live within 5km from our roastery. This option will automatically appear as you type in your delivery address when ordering on our web shop.
Pickup
We use Australia Post to ship our coffee when your delivery address is outside of the Melbourne Metro.
If you're not home to sign for a delivery or there's no safe place to leave your parcel, AusPost will take it to the nearest Post Office.You'll have 10 business days to collect it before it’s returned to us. Read more here.
Returns
Non-returnable items
Please choose carefully as coffee beans, pantry, tea and personalised merchandise items cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged upon receipt.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Returnable items
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. This applies to our non food products such as merchandise, coffee cups, coffee machines and equipment.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return may/will not be accepted.
We do not cover shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Warranty
A 12 month back to base warranty applies on equipment. This is parts only, non perishable, non consumable parts replacement only. This will not cover misuse or neglect.
